@J.MannI do agree with you that the diagram is biased, but in that very same diagram is says:”Constitutional Amendment Protects Churches From Government Stipulated Actions.”So, it wouldn’t be forcing one’s belief on another.And to continue your analogy of “If you don’t agree with the Home-Owners Assoc. don’t move into the neighborhood.”This is like building new, non-HOA, neighborhoods for people to live in. Not forcing the HOA to accept those who won’t follow the HOA’s rules.
