Favorite Album of the Year.

Hey I was just here thinking about my favorite albums of the year and I wanted to see what all the fine people here believed to be the best. I’m assuming you are all smart, well informed people, so there should be some good picks!
My picks (top five-no particular order) are:
Conor Oberst – Conor Oberst
Jaguar Love – Take Me To The Sea
Of Montreal – Skeletal Lamping
MGMT – Oracular Spectacular
The Girls – Yes No Yes…
haha. Yeah i had a lot of friends that really liked the Fleet Foxes album, but it really wasn’t my cup of tea, but I never actually listened to the Girl Talk album so I don’t know. And also, like you I got into a lot of older stuff, mostly Desaparecidos and Pavement.
