Canicus lives in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles. Angeleno. Rustic. Modern. Tech. Pseudo futurist with the love of old things. Better ecology. Better politics. This is very thought provoking; however, I tend to agree with Danielle. Let’s not forget the potential psychological/emotional side effects of knowing that your loved one and/or you (yourself) are about to or have received an organ from a death row inmate.
I couldn’t make it to this one, unfortunately. Got stuck on something and couldn’t head out there. :-( Was extremely bummed about not attending. Any feedback on how it went? I don’t have the $ to invest in gray watering the pipes at home; however, I do my best by saving water run off from the faucets in stainless steel bowl(s) and leaving it for the plants around the house. I would have, however, enjoyed listening to what Erik had to say. Next time…
“So, even in these decidedly irreverent times, it is incumbent upon us to foster a culture of reverence—not just for the sake of patriotism, but out of respect for the preciousness of human life.” <—– This really says it all in the first paragraph. :-)
Or will it sound like the electric cars in the movie, Gattica? :-)
