No Smoking, Ever

Nebraska is also one of the few states that have decriminalized possession of
small amounts of marijuana. That means first-time offenses are treated
like minor traffic violations that result in no jail time or criminal
records. A police officer once told me that under this new smoking ban, you are better off getting caught smoking marijuana than cigarettes (1st offense).
