a little bit more perspective might help too. There are two great comparative bar graphs at the bottom of the article. But I’d love to see one more showing the percentage of the world population LED by women. The fact that only five percent of the world leaders are women is daunting enough, but I’m willing to bet the percentage of the world population that they head is closer to 2 or 3 percent (I’m thinking India, China, etc. here).
