Correction, upon further thought I do see the purpose of the artist’s work and the reason why we should focus more on the issue. Turns out that places like New Orleans would be GREATLY threatened by a slight increase in sea level…hence the preservation for out future and the ones that come after us is dire.I stand corrected.

Hmm. I think the ice sculpting is amazing but in all honesty the purpose behind this doesn’t seem that dire. I mean think about it 3.3 feet increase in the sea levels in another 90 years? I am sure that most of us will be really aged by then. Please don’t take offense to what I am saying I just think that there are more dire issues that need to be discussed and tackled before we can get down to the ones like these.
