Do We Have the Best Health Care System in the World?

Seriously, GOOD? I’m embarrassed for you.Considering Americans’ virtually complete lack of knowledge about the outside world, their opinion is practically pointless. This poll suggests two things: 1) Misinformation a la Michael Moore, et al, is having some effect. 2) Throwing in a little self-evaluation bias, perhaps this proves America is above-average. Which it is (I comment from my home abroad).American health care has serious problems that need serious correcting, but the average American’s opinion is anything but serious. And that’s just another American’s opinion.

Having just returned home to China from Singapore and other Asian countries, I’ll attest to Singaporean street food, mangosteens, bibimbap, and hot pot. I sure hope they’re the rage when I get back to America, or I’ll sorely miss them.
