Swine Flu Stew

Tamiflu (or star anise) doesn’t inoculate from H1N1, it lowers the symptoms of the virus helping the body to fight the infection, unfortunately even this ability seems to be decreasing as the virus mutates and gains resistance to chemicals.Having said that pho would be a great meal to have when suffering from a cold or flu because it’s nutrient rich and would help maintain hydration.
