I used to volunteer for the City government of Raleigh this past year, and I would have to park in that parking deck during my stays.
The difference in lighting and aura that was achieved in a “parking deck” basically left you in awe. This is a parking deck?! I couldn’t believe how easy it was for Raleigh to help the environment AND improve their image. I hope more is done in Raleigh and throughout the country!
