The focus is on the impacts of eating beef to your health and our environment–it is aimed at guys just like you. (The humane stuff just isn’t accepted by some people, not sure why.)
The UN released a report in November 2006 that said that the livestock sector is more of a contributing factor to global warming than transportation. Tell that to all your Prius driving meat-eating friends!
