Idea: Fund Health Care by Limiting Charitable-Donation Deductions

I can’t believe I’m about to write this (my father would be so proud)  Could it be that we’ve created a government thats “too big to fail?”  Raising taxes only to create more programs to raise taxes for again?  By not being vigilant about keeping our elected officials accountable and reined in when it comes to spending our money, we’ve allowed this to get this far.  And as the case in California, convincing us to take out loans (also know as bonds) to fund more programs while not having enough money to pay our state employees.I don’t have health care right now (my mother its not a fan of that).  I’d love universal coverage.  but before we do that, we need to change the way we let Health Care companies do business.  Somewhere down the road, they forgot the CARE part of their businesses.
