while this project sounds nice it’s more of an web 2.0 startup that
wants to capitalize on the green market it seems. also it has limited
scope both geographically as well as meritoriously.

why not try the real thing instead? freeconomists share much more,
skills, spaces, advice AND tools. the movement is a global one. check

I’m astounded how naive even the green and alternative blogs are facing the LHC frenzy. While the black hole scenario may seem far fetched even the LHC own “safety group” admits that it’s only unlikely but not impossible. It’s as likely as winning the jackpot in a lottery.Let’s take a look at what the LHC is. It’s referred to as a “antimatter factory” by some of scientists hailing it. CERN is working on storing antimatter for at least 20 years now. What do you need antimatter for? Nuclear weapons. Much deadlier and smaller nuclear weapons than the ones we know now. There is even a book about CERN and antimatter weapons. So now CERN has both the ability to produce and store antimatter. The antimatternuclear bomb is near. Now you know why it makes sense to spend so many billions on it.Regarding LHC safety: We’ve seen how safe it is when the system was hacked and when it broke down right after the start. It took them a week to acknowledge it to the press. It’s the same as in Chernobyl: Nuclear physicists won’t tell you when something goes wrong unti you see it on the satellite footage. So please, please stop chearleading and start at least using Google before writing.
