        Man, I'd love to do a session in the morning and a session at the end of day. Consider the latter as a way to cleanse any stress brought on during business hours. I often go run 5K from the office at the end of the day so 15 minutes of yoga would be a great kickoff to everyone's evening.

          I love the idea of evening yoga - especially around 5 / 5:30. Do we have any other yoga leaders in the office? We could do an AM session and a PM session - 9:30 am as a lean towards earlier pref for Laura and a 5:30 session for those of us who need to decompress at the end of the day?
