Sous-vide ("soo-veed") is a cooking technique that uses low (way below boiling) and precise temperatures to create amazing dishes, commonly used by top chefs. Overcooking food will be history as you have complete control and precision in cooking. However, current sous vide appliances are either too expensive, complicated or bulky.

That's why I created Codlo in hope to change this. Codlo is a powerful controller that lets you try sous-vide cooking at home, just with the help of a simple rice or slow cooker.
