Cut Down on Your Waste to Help Feed 7 Billion People

Aubrey Yee

I'm into all of these things. But i'm also curious what an optimal and highly efficient food system would allow to go to waste. There's always going to be waste, even in nature there's tons of waste, it just all gets nicely reused by other parts of the natural system.

In that sense, it seems like the biggest thing is figuring out how to compost the unused food rather than throwing it into the landfill where the value of it is way harder to reclaim.
