Create Your Own Emergency Kindness Preparedness Kit!

Heather Leah

I love doing random acts of kindness. But "randomness" means sometimes we see someone who needs a little cheering up, or we're just in the mood to do a fun kindness project, but we find ourselves lacking the resources. So I propose we all create Emergency Kindness Kits to slip in our purses or vehicles, so at any moment, we'll always be prepared to be kind or help someone's day brighter!

Ripple Kindness Project cards
A list of Random Acts of Kindness ideas (
Thank-you Cards
Smile stones
chocolate candy
small toys
silk flower
Smiling ball
Gift Card for Starbucks
Plain, small notebook
Just Say NO To Bullying bag and wristbands

Bonus: This is a fun project to put together with students in any age classroom or with your kids at home! These are the contents of my personal Emergency Kindness Kit -- what would YOU put in YOURS? Share, so we can all add your ideas!
