The best ideas come from great conversations, and the most inspiring conversations I've ever had were held at a dinner table. So it stands to reason that if you need so solve a problem with fresh thinking then getting people to sit around the dinner table for food and conversation is a great place to start.

There are lots of challenges facing our local food system and we can all help make a difference by working together to build solutions. Let's cook up some homemade meals and get the conversation started by answering one simple question:

How might we help local farmers get more food to the right people?

I want us to show the rest of the world that a smarter food system is possible and it all starts with GOOD people sharing in GOOD conversation over GOOD food.

    What about setting up a mobil farmers market that can drive into food deserts to provide fresh produce to the community?

      Absolutely! You can't have a real conversation about these challenges if you don't get all the stakeholders to sit around the same table.
