Spend some time to "Steve Jobs it"!

"That's right, a verb. An action....step away from the day-to-day and think creatively, not just about where everything seems to be headed but where you want it to go. To him, and probably to a lot of people, Steve Jobs embodied this particular way of thinking about the workplace and the wider world."

I thought Steve Jobsing it was to "Massively micro-manage people, then yell at them, repeatedly until they have so little self esteem that they hate both you and themselves." A variation on battered women's syndrome.
