When I first went to Rwanda to follow some MIT students in 2011, I was astonished to see the inventive revolution in Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania, and I started following eight stories of startups through crisis and change—what drives them and how do they learn to keep their businesses alive? With your help we will complete two dozen personal stories of these brilliant innovators, to launch globally in a few months. Their stories are tools for inspiring and multiplying invention in the U.S. and Africa, and it's a two way track for learning between cultures, sharing lessons globally.
