TAKE A MINIMALIST CHALLENGE: Minimize 10 things

Minimalism leads to a healthier, happier, less stressful life. If you spend less you stress less because you have enough to live on. Instead of trying to find a job that makes more money, do more free activities, like hiking, or hanging out at a friends house. Ride your bike to close location and save on gas, plus you will get some exercise. Having a huge house just leaves your weekends full of chores, things to fix, clean, and maintain. Having lots of "things" clutters your space and leads to needing more things. How much do you really use of those things you buy. If I have not worn an outfit in 3 months I give it away. If I have not used something, or read a book in a year, I give it away. Start a book trading group, or a purse trading group. By consuming less we can help our Earth to thrive more. So try and minimize 10 things in your life. I wanna hear about it. What did you choose to do??
