take spine health seriously. Computers, smartphones, and tablets are not helping!

Back pain and bad posture is major problem, and it's getting worse with the onslaught of technology. Everyone's hunching these days: over their computers, smartphones, or tablets, and back pain is becoming more severe in younger adults. Traditional forms of medicine is not doing much. Pain killers, shots, surgery, chiropractic adjustments are not the answer. We have to own up to our own health and take the initiative to heal ourselves. I am on a mission to educate people about back pain and alignment based yoga therapy.
