    I think that one of the first steps on integrating yoga and other meditation tactics into schools is bringing up the possibility of practicing in gym classes to school boards and city councils. Also, it would be great if a teacher could start an after school yoga club to show higher educators the success and influence of the practice. What do you think is the first steps?

      Definitely! We work to encourage these programs in NYC and that's how we approach it - encouraging it as a test. That's why we provide programs for free through volunteers to help raise awareness of its benefits with no investment from the educational budget.

      We also work primarily in afterschool programs because they're more flexible in terms of timing and structure.
