6 Months Later: Worst Disaster in the History of the Clothing Industry

Andrew Morgan

Today marks six months since the deadly clothing factory collapse in Rana Plaza. Virtually nothing has changed on the ground there since this terrible tragedy. Our hopes for the film 'The True Cost' is to open the eyes of the world to this sad and preventable event.

Hi Andrew! I was just talking to Josh about your work, including your upcoming video about death. He said you were introducing new conversations and perspectives on end of life. I so dig it. I'm working with my mom on how to better the end-of-life space and industry, and we're coming up with a holistic response to it. In any case, I'd love to see your movie when/if available. Thank you for all you're doing and continue to do in film. :)

Thank you for the reminder about Rana Plaza, Andrew. I think people often read something in the news then quickly forget. It's important you're making this doc to raise awareness. Did you speak to any factory workers? I'd love to hear their personal stories. And, if you have clips, feel free to share them as video links.
