A Bomb Detecting Army Dog Has Been Nominated for a Hero Award

Lucca served in Afghanistan for six years, detecting bombs, weapons, and ammunition. Under her watch, over 400 patrols were safely led into a mission. Although she lost a leg while leading one patrol, she learned to walk within 10 days of recovery. Now, you can nominate her in the Hero Dog Awards to give this German Shepherd the recognition she deserves as she retires.
