Banned: Seven Subjects China Doesn't Want Discussed on Campus

Censorship is alive and well at Chinese universities. In an attempt to crack down on Western influence, officials are forbidding discussion on seven "speak-nots," topics that might give young people ideas that aren't in line with Community Party doctrine. So what's forbidden? Ideas like citizen rights, civil society, freedom of the press, universal values, judicial independence, the privileged capitalist class, and past mistakes of the Communist Party.
