    A very powerful piece! Very few people understand being thankful for the ups and the downs. As stated in the article if we don't experience the downs, we wont know our appreciate the ups as much. Definitely a life lesson and it takes time to build that mindset up but very necessary. Thanks for posting

      Thank you! I agree, it was a cathartic experience writing about it and forming cohesive thoughts and words to share with the world haha! I think the importance truly lies in expanding our perspective to see that ups and downs are each one side of the same coin. That gives us power to navigate through life with a stronger sense of who we are and what we want!
