Cigarettes are on the out but what about cigars?

The last 12 years has seen an increase in cigar consumption. And by cigars, I don't mean large stogies. These are smaller, flavored and inexpensive forms of combustible tobacco. Despite their size or colorful packaging, these products carry the same health risks as cigarettes. Research suggests that some cigarette smokers switch to cigars as a means to continue the habit with a cheaper, albeit, alternative tobacco product.
