Docracy: the only free open source depository of legal documents

Docracy is a home for contracts and other legal documents, socially curated by the communities that use them. Similar to how Github isn't just a place to store your code - Docracy is a place to work on it with others. Born out of Techcrunch Disrupt's 2011 Hackathon, Docracy intends on throwing out shady templates behind a paywall to make negotiations and legal business easy to kickoff.

      I originally read it as "Doacracy"...which is interesting for a completely different subject (action-oriented sharing and collaborating).
