Dove Conducts Social Experiment on Women's Body Image

As part of the Campaign for Real Beauty, Dove recently performed a social experiment to test whether women’s perceptions of their bodies differ from those of a stranger’s. And they went about it in a way that might surprise you: by enlisting the help of a forensic sketch artist. The results shed light on many women's self-denigrating relationship with their bodies and demonstrate the need for integrative solution to America's rising tide of obesity and eating disorders.
