all people use many drinks like cold drink,rum,wine,vodka,coffee,tea. some people take these drink in limit but some are addicted. they cross their limit and take a root of many disease . like sugar,b.p.,stomach problem,cancer,heart attack etc. and one most thing is that they loss their confidence for struggle with these way of end. if all peoples take exercise drink minimum three days in a week then am sure (not only am sure all doctors, fitness experts are also sure) they could all time fit
