The Institute of Medicine reaffirms that when it comes to our obesity problem we are quick to blame ourselves and other individuals in eating too much and exercising too little but there's more to that than just our behavior and decision making.

Take a look at the IOM's infographic to understand that factors and causes of our nation's obesity trend along with the proposed solutions. The IOM says "anyone and everyone can be a leader and play a part in implementing these five solutions."
