Fostering the dreams of foster youth

Foster youth are some of the most under served kids in our country. It's funny how we spend nearly $56,000 per child per year and yet they can't afford to feed themselves. It's obvious the money isn't getting to them. So where are the problems? Aside from the fact that private companies are paying themselves with government money, the real heart of the issue is this:

Foster youth have no voice! They don't have anyone to speak up to. We're changing that:
