    I agree with this article. I still write everything I'm doing/need to do on paper and have a planner. Sometimes I write out my schedules. It helps make a difference in how I look at the things I need to do vs. want.

      Same here. I keep a notebook of everything I'm doing if it's not done that day, it gets moved to the next page. It's also more satisfying to manually cross something out than it is to just delete it.
