What a great idea! It's pretty awesome to watch how this company has grown over the past 6 years. I really admire them for starting small and continuing to grow over time.

The great thing about Incredible Edible is it's a network - so there are now around 50 Incredible Edible groups in the UK and 300 in France, and many more worldwide. Each one works locally and decides its own priorities.

It's interesting how they're creating community projects to create influence on local food. It's amazing how it's grown so fast and that they're now going to spread their knowledge with a book! 7 days left ! I hope it gets funding!
