    I completely agree. I think that by exposing youth to this type of physical activity it can open their minds to the variety of options to be more active. This teaches them that exercising isn't just running, playing competitive sports, or doing push ups, it can also be a low-impact, flexibility and strength focused exercise, such as Yoga. The added benefit of course is learning to be more mindful and managing stress.
