Michelle Rhee's New Reform Report Card Bad Is Full of Subjective Grading

StudentsFirst, Michelle Rhee's education advocacy and lobbying organization, has released a national report grading states on their reforms and policies. The state with the highest NAEP test scores in the nation, Massachusetts, got low marks from Rhee. Meanwhile, "the states that got the highest score handed out—a B minus—were Florida and Louisiana." Louisiana has terrible NAEP scores but it's implementing policies expanding charter schools and voucher programs and weakening teachers unions.
