Azalina is a Malaysian immigrant living in San Francisco. She spent her childhood with an orangutan named Madu and her blind chicken.

When she moved to the US, she started working with La Cocina, a non-profit that empowers low-income, immigrant women to start a food business. Now, Whole Foods sells her spices and pastes and she even catered an event for Pres. Obama.

For Valentine's Day, you can find her goods on La Cocina's website to benefit other women entrepreneurs like Azalina.
