Make an Intentional Effort to be Kind in Every Moment

Tonya Mork

Imagine a world where people smile at one another instead of giving a gruff, dirty look, or looking at their mobile device. Imagine a world where people actually hold the door for one another, let you go ahead of them in line at the store, let another have the parking place instead of racing to get there first, and neighbors come over and mow your grass when they see you need help. This is the world I want to live in. It starts by you making an effort to be kind in every moment.

This is such an important practice: to be intentionally kind in every moment. Definitely taking this on as an intention. Thanks so much for sharing Tonya. Also, Kristin, I really like the Kindness kit idea :). Awesome!

Thank you. I agree completely with you. :)

this is Exactly the world I live in and YOU can too. It is all about choices and actions. Every day treat Everyone you encounter with kindness, no matter how small you think that action may be, it makes a difference! HUGS from my heart to yours.

You can also create a tiny kindness kit to carry with you: a smile on your face, small bottles of bubbles to share with strangers, & a Free Hugs sign. I just added a bicycle bell to my car, when stuff in traffic I roll down the window and ring the bell, it makes me laugh and those around me too. :)

Beautifully said, Kristin. I love the "kindness kit" and your bicycle bell. I can see the ripple effect you start with such simple actions.

Thanks Tonya. HUGS to you. Simple actions indeed ripple on out. Here's to all of us being ripple effect. :)
