    I think it's really accurate that millennials view societal change as "a project to work on"-- which is awesome if you think about it. It seems like in previous generations, creating change was outside of "normal life". Like maybe you work at a bank but attend a protest. For millennials, more and more, change is integrated into their life-- not an after thought.
