    That's awesome. This man understood the necessity of accessible healthcare for the entire community - truly public health.

    Wow. I really love this story of dedication. I wonder what made him so persistent? Was it a personal story? Reminds me of the creator of the Watts Towers to some degree. He was as creative and persistent. This guy however, made this project about helping his entire community's health. Amazing.

      Isn't it remarkable. It was a very personal story. This man's wife succumbed to her sudden illness because the hospital was too far! He dedicated the next 2 decades to prevent that from happening again to others in his community. Such compassion! It totally reminded me of Simon Rodid! Two Dedicated and loyal men who created (or carved) in memory of their loves.
