Nikola Tesla, Superhero? Yep, These Free Comic Books Are Sure to Get Kids Hooked on Science

At this year's Comic-Con gathering, the nonprofit American Physical Society's series of free downloadable comic books garnered plenty of attention. In "Nikola Tesla and the Electric Fair," we see "Thomas Edison against Tesla, the unsung hero of electricity and magnetism." Geared toward middle schoolers, the APS' comics come with free teachers guides and also feature experiments students can do.

    I love entertaining education! Kids (or anyone for that matter) retain so much more info. I work with a nonprofit that does educational interactive experiences with kids and I do comedic-educational YouTube videos. Both have gotten great feedback about engagement.
