I'm trying to wrap my head around this. So someone wants to trade their house for world series tickets? Is the house worth less than world series tickets in a regular market? I have been in one town in the rural south where a house got sold to an arts/community group for a $1. But that blows me away.

The value of his house isn't clear, but it's one of two things: Either it's a house worth less than the tickets (non inconceivable, as we've seen $1 houses in Detroit, too) or the house is worth more than the tickets. World Series ticket values get pretty high, though. Either way, a pretty unusual offer.
