Potential for some summer recreation at the L.A. River

There is an access and restoration plan taking shape for the Los Angeles River. On thursday, January 23, 2013 the first public meeting is taking place at the Los Angeles River Center and Gardens at 570 W. Avenue 26. Recreational opportunities are being weighed in on by the public on a five-mile stretch of the L.A. River.
