I don't understand why there is so much hate on black people throughout history to even present times... In Libya there is places that have "No black people policies". I watched it on a HBO documentary called "Witness: Libya" and there was many times you would see many black people protesting.

Its all residual effects from culture too... Banning the `outsiders. People place so much ethic and culture into their means of life and forget decency. Religion follows inside the same aspect, because many think religion makes people who they are but it doesn't. If anything--if all cultures would just see their inhumanities and still keep their faith in whatever it would finally end. Its all religion and culture's fault for outcasting any race or creed.
I believe, you grow to fit your surroundings... Religion has made people place ideology on random ideas in philosophy. Today, if you do not follow Muslims philosophy they hate you and thats with not only blacks, but even their own race. In USA though, they at least wont kill someone, but if someone said they are wrong they will scorn you.

Only thing any country can do is oppose hate and make it known its hate they are opposing, because rather it is race or religion hate only ends up humanity killing itself off.
