The Best Thing to Watch This Week Was Wendy Davis Stand Up—Literally—for Womens' Rights

Stef McDonald

You hear a lot about standing up for rights. Texas State Senator Wendy Davis stood for 13 hours today in defense of womens' rights, by attempting to filibuster legislation to restrict legal access to abortion services.
