The Week That Was.Trade School, a pop-up storefront on Manhattan's Lower East Side, is holding classes where entry is based not on money or talent, but on meeting the needs of a particular teacher. Intrigued by the concept, one of its founders answered our questions.We featured Michelle Obama's campaign against childhood obesity and what sorts of foods might soon be outlawed.
