We've built new metro lines, added more bus stops, and now – LA's latest attempt to fight the ever frustrating traffic has been to synchronize every one of its 4,500 traffic signals across 469 square miles. This makes LA the first major metropolis in the world to attempt alleviating traffic in this way. Have you noticed?
