You're doing great work! It's so important for youth to have this kind of guidance and mentoring to build self-confidence and inspire them so that they live up to their potential.

    Cameron,

I saw your post today and was overjoyed to read about the success of the program. Congratulations to your participants and congratulations to you as well. As I wrote to you before:

    Do something meaningful each day.

    Life is ripple effect.

Your smallest kindness can have the greatest impact.

All you have accomplished thus far is the foundation for what lies ahead in your life.

I am convinced you are destined to make a profound impact on the lives of many.

As someone who had the opportunity to work with these amazing youth and Cameron on a daily basis, I can truly attest to their resilience, courage, and ambition. I would also like to commend publicly Cameron Schuster, the author this post. Cameron was the heart and soul of this program. He literally moved across the country to spearhead this program and invested his entire being into its success. Without Cameron, this program may have succeeded, but there is no doubt in my mind, that Cameron single handedly took ownership over the Fellowship program and made this not only a success, but a transformative experience for everyone involved. We had amazing partners, internship hosts, guest speakers and workshops - but through it all - Cameron maintained the focus of the Fellows, the steady handedness of a seasoned captain at the helm of a ship - he guided the Fellows and all of us through unknown waters onto an exciting and spirited voyage where each of us learned about each other and ourselves. It takes a true spirit of vision and conviction to command the respect of strangers and bring them together as family after 12 weeks. Cameron, to you we are so gratefully indebted.

It was a true pleasure to work directly with Mr. Chris Marshall who gave me total support and trust to run the program from the beginning. Thank you for the opportunity to continue working with youth in the development space.

Excellent! Everyone has potential and often it's overlooked. Thank you for seeing the potential in these people and providing the necessary tools for them to not only learn and contribute, but even more importantly, to feel Valued.

I'm so impressed with how this program was executed. I feel honored to have been a part of Desiray and Airren's steps towards career success. I learned so much from them about managing co-workers, and communicating. I look forward to seeing where they all go!
