Whole Foods has the worst customer service if you are not white. But I guess that is their point. Didn't you read the big scandal of Whole Foods Employee handbook including speaking spanish at work to be against the company's policy. They almost got a protest going by hispanic leaders. Nothing has improved since then. Personally, I don't believe the company can be improved. In the last two years I have written numerous complaints to the corporate office, the store manager and even their facebook page to no avail. I have never received a response and customer service has not improved.
