I just received a quote for HIP, I about fell off my chair. I thought HIP was low -no income insurance for poverty stricken individuals. What a joke.
I try to be self reliant, but the world keeps throwing me punches. So far I have not asked our wonderful government for much...just a little help.
I was looking for health assist. Being recently unemployed, [(been looking for almost a year)(for any kind of work)] I would like to be healthy when I finally find a job, but I can't afford medical attention(preventative or otherwise).
I am certain I'm not the only person with this problem, what do we do while all this country is concerned about is the war, rebuilding other countries& letting our country be ravaged by greed, gangs (homeland terrorists), homelessness, & starvation. I thought third world countries have it bad ( I am aware they have it alot worse), not a goal I really feel we should be trying to catch, do you?
I sure hope, with the elections around the corner, that these issues are put to rest once and for all. I'm definitely for helping all who are in need, starting here at home!!!!!
